Assessment Coordination Team, listing all members of the Team and thanking them for their <br />commitment throughout the process. <br /> <br />Barbara Allan <br />, SRA Research Group, illustrated how she got input from <br />community members who assisted with telephone interviews/survey and functioned as focus <br />groups as well. She outlined the results of the comprehensive needs assessment survey, which <br />covered family life and economic stability, child health and education, adult health and <br />functioning, needs of elderly and disabled adults, and safety and security. <br /> <br />Commissioner Wheeler asked whether the results of the survey were from “hard <br />statistics on what is real” or was it all from the opinion of residents as to what they perceived to be <br />real or factual and may not be based on statistics. <br /> <br />Ms. Barrios <br />responded thatthe results were from both. She concluded the <br />presentation discussing the rate of crime and violence in high schools, implementation plan goals, <br />family life, and needs assessment planning meeting results, among others. <br /> <br />Chairman Neuberger thanked the Group for the Report. <br /> <br /> <br />B.
