CALL TO ORDER AND PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE <br />City of Fellsmere Mayor John McCants called the meeting to order and led the <br />Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag. <br />2. INVOCATION <br />Public Works Director Jim Davis delivered the Invocation. <br />3. INTRODUCTION OF CITY OF FELLSMERE CITY COUNCIL <br />AND STAFF BY MAYOR JOHN MCCANTS <br />The following City of Fellsmere representatives introduced themselves: Mayor <br />John A. McCants, Councilman Michael E. Barone, Joel Tyson, Sara J. Savage, Fernando <br />Herrera, and Warren W.
