ON MOTION by Commissioner Davis, SECONDED by <br />Commissioner Wheeler, by a 4-0 vote (Vice Chairman <br />Solari absent), the Board approved Resolution 2009-173, <br />supporting Local Legislation to allow the City of Vero <br />Beach Electric Utility to be placed under the Public <br />Services Commission Controls. <br />8.D. RESOLUTION IN SUPPORT OF NAMING A PORTION OF S.R. 60 AS <br />"THE RICHARD RACZKOWSKI MEMORIAL HIGHWAY" <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Davis, SECONDED by <br />Commissioner Wheeler, by a 4-0 vote (Vice Chairman <br />Solari absent), the Board approved Resolution 2009-174, <br />requesting support of the Indian River County Local <br />Legislative Delegation in naming that portion of S.R. 60 <br />between 43rd Avenue in Vero Beach and Interstate 95 <br />"The Richard Raczkowski Memorial Highway". <br />8.E.
