C. Public Notice Items.) <br />8.X. APPROVAL OF PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT BETWEEN <br />INDIAN RIVER COUNTY AND THE TREASURE COAST REGIONAL PLANNING <br />COUNCIL FOR CONTINUITY OF OPERATIONS PLAN COMPREHENSIVE UPDATE AND <br />ADDITION OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY ADMINISTRATION ANNEX <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Davis, SECONDED by <br />Commissioner Wheeler, by a 4-0 vote (Vice Chairman <br />Solari absent), the Board approved: (1) the contract with <br />the Treasure Coast Regional Planning Council, in the <br />amount of $25,000.00, for planning and exercises for <br />preparation efforts; and (2) to expend grant funds, as <br />recommended in the memorandum of November 20, 2009. <br />AGREEMENT ON FILE IN THE OFFICE OF THE CLERK TO THE BOARD <br />8.Y. APPROVAL OF 2009/2010 AWARD LETTER FOR STATE HOMELAND <br />SECURITY GRANT PROGRAM <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Davis, SECONDED by <br />Commissioner Wheeler, by a 4-0 vote (Vice Chairman <br />Solari absent), the Board accepted the State Homeland <br />Security Grant in the amount of $53,000.00, and <br />15 <br />December 1, 2009 <br />
