0 <br />ON POTION BY COMMISSIONER SIEBERT, SECONDED BY COMMISSIONER <br />Loy, THE BOARD UNANIMOUSLY ADOPTED RESOLUTION No. 79-8 AUTHORIZING THE <br />CHAIRMAN TO EXECUTE A LICENSE .AGREEMENT WITH THE FLORIDA EAST COAST RAILWAY <br />COMPANY FOR A WATER MAIN TO CROSS THEIR RIGHT-OF-WAY ON THE SOUTH SIDE OF <br />41ST STREET FOR THE GIFFORD WATER AND SEWER PROJECT. <br />RESOLUTION NO. 79-8 <br />Be it resolved by the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River County, <br />Florida, that the Chairman is authorized to execute on behalf of Indian River <br />County, a License Agreement with the Florida East Coast Railway Company for a <br />subgrade eight (8) inch water main crossing of Railw$y+s right of way and under <br />its tracks on the south side of 41st Street, Vero Beach, Florida, said water main <br />to be encased according to engineering specifications and to be located under the <br />railroad track centerline at a point 2,467 feet south of Milepost No. 225, as <br />measured from Jacksonville, Florida. <br />This Resolution shall become effective as of the 10th day of January <br />1979. <br />Attest: <br />L <br />JAN. 101979 <br />Board of County Commissioners of <br />Indian River County, Florida - <br />By: C ZU� <br />Boa 38 PAGE 389 <br />�?
