available through the Florida Forever Program as it is now, <br />or to extend the program and increase funding. <br />Guy Barber, Highlands Drive Southwest, and Renee Renzi, Waverly Place, shared <br />their concerns regarding the permanency of the County's conservation rights. <br />The Commissioners, County Attorney Collins, and Mr. Barber discussed and <br />debated what was perpetuity, and the permanency of the County's easement rights. <br />Renee Renzi, Waverly Place, wondered what would happen if the descendants of <br />the current owners wanted to repudiate the easement restrictions. She wanted assurance that the <br />easement restrictions would be ironclad. <br />Vice Chairman Davis and County Attorney Collins addressed her concerns. <br />Chairman Bowden was enthusiastic about continuing to educate the public, so they <br />would truly understand and appreciate the importance of this item. <br />6. APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br />A. REGULAR MEETING OF NOVEMBER 20, 2007 <br />The Chairman asked if there were any additions, deletions or corrections to the <br />Minutes of the Regular Meeting of November 20, 2007.
