BEACH RESTORATION PROJECTS – CONTINUING <br />CONTRACT AGREEMENT – PROFESSIONAL <br />ENGINEERING SERVICES DESIGN AND PERMITTING – <br />COASTAL TECHNOLOGY CORPORATION, TAYLOR <br />ENGINEERING, INC., AND APPLIED TECHNOLOGY & <br />MANAGEMENT <br /> <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Neuberger, SECONDED <br />by Commissioner Davis, the Board authorized the <br />Chairman to execute both copies of the professional service <br />agreements from Coastal Technology Corporation, Taylor <br />Engineering, Inc., and Applied Technology & <br />Management, as recommended in the memorandum of <br />November 17, 2005. <br /> <br />AGREEMENTS ARE ON FILE IN THE <br /> OFFICE OF THE CLERK TO THE BOARD <br /> <br />THRD <br />11.I.4. RIGHT OF WAY ACQUISITION – 3375 66 AVENUE – 33 <br />TH <br />STREET BRIDGE REPLACEMENT AT 66 AVENUE AND <br />TH <br />FUTURE 66 AVENUE ROADWAY WIDENING – FRED H. <br />PETERSON AND EDWARD P. PETERSON <br />Chairman Lowther commented that the recommendation is that they pay $95,000 <br />per acre outside of the Urban Service Area and he does not want to be compared to actions taken <br />by the school board. He does feel the school board set a precedent. The market value is less than <br />December 13, 2005 23 <br /> <br />
