Mr. Melton states he would like the <br />pistol permit for protection of his <br />property. <br />In the State of Florida, he does not <br />need a permit to have a gun in his <br />own dwelling place. <br />2. Because of an extensive past record <br />through the Indian River County Sheriff's <br />Department - Record Division, it is felt <br />that a pistol permit would not be advis- <br />able. <br />Because of the two items listed. above, I feel Mr..Hassel <br />Melton should not be issued a pistol permit. <br />r yo <br />SAM T.
