ri <br />• <br />PLANNING DIRECTOR REDICK NOTED THAT THIS IS THE OLD GIBBONS <br />HOUSE LOCATED WEST OF THE MAIN CANAL ON STATE ROAD 60. HE REPORTED <br />THAT THE PLANNING AND ZONING STAFF MADE A FINDING OF FACT THAT THE <br />SUBJECT PROPERTY IS WITHIN THE COMMERCIAL USE PROPOSED IN THE MASTER <br />PLAN AND IS ADJACENT TO OTHER C-1 ZONES. TRAFFIC GENERATION WAS STUDIED, <br />AND THEY DO NOT FIND THAT ITS PROPOSED USE AS AN EXCLUSIVE RESTAURANT <br />WOULD INCREASE CONGESTION. HE CONTINUED THAT THE APPLICATION IS FULLY IN <br />ORDER, AND THE STAFF RECOMMENDS THE REZONING FROM R-1 RESIDENTIAL TO <br />C -IA COMMERCIAL. <br />THE.CHAIRMAN ASKED IF ANYONE PRESENT WISHED TO BE HEARD. <br />ATTORNEY MICHAEL O`HAIRE, REPRESENTING MR. AND MRS.
