HE MENTIONED THE STREETS ARE PRIVATE; <br />AND REPORTED THAT IT HAS BEEN THROUGH THE SUBDIVISION REVIEW COMMITTEE; <br />THEY FOUND EVERYTHING TO BE IN ORDER AND RECOMMEND ITS APPROVAL. <br />ON MOTION BY COMMISSIONER-SIEBERT; SECONDED BY COMMISSIONER <br />Loy, THE BOARD UNANIMOUSLY GRANTED TENTATIVE APPROVAL OF WHISTLEWOOD <br />SUBDIVISION, OWNED BY SUNQUEST, INC. <br />PLANNING DIRECTOR REDICK DISCUSSED TENTATIVE APPROVAL OF SAN <br />SEBASTIAN SPRINGS SUBDIVISION, OWNED BY.DR. HENRY FISCHER, WHICH IS <br />LOCATED WEST OF SEBASTIAN ALONG THE RIVER. HE NOTED IT IS PLATTED IN <br />ONE ACRE LOTS AND HAS BEEN THROUGH THE SUBDIVISION REVIEW COMMITTEE <br />TWICE BECAUSE OF THE REVISIONS REQUESTED, THEY NOW RECOMMEND ITS <br />APPROVAL. MR. REDICK NOTED THAT THE RECOMMENDATIONS OF THE SOIL CONSER- <br />VATION SERVICE IS PART OF THE ZONING COMMISSION RECORD, AND HE FELT IT <br />SHOULD BE MADE PART OF THE BOARD'S RECORD ALSO.
