UCP -2468 — RESOLUTION III <br />PROOF OF PUBLICATION OF ADVERTISEMENT FOR HEARING IS ON FILE IN THE OFFICE OF <br />THE CLERK TO THE BOARD <br />Manager of Assessment Projects Dan Chastain said there are six lots involved in this <br />proposal. Staff estimates the cost to be $42,440.00. <br />The Chairman opened the public hearing. There were no speakers and the Chairman <br />closed the public hearing. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Davis, SECONDED <br />by Commissioner Bowden, the Board unanimously <br />adopted Resolution 2004-151, confirming the special <br />assessments in connection with water main expansion <br />to Haeger Highlands Subdivision (10th Avenue South <br />of 4th Street); and providing for special assessment <br />liens to be made of record. <br />9.A.4.
