<br /> December 14, 2004 <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />EMERGENCY SERVICES DISTRICT <br /> The Board of Commissioners of the Emergency Services District met at the County <br />th <br />Commission Chambers, 1840 25 Street, Vero Beach, Florida, on Tuesday, at 6:14 p.m. Present <br />were Chairman Arthur R. Neuberger, and Commissioners Wesley S. Davis, Sandra L. Bowden, <br />Thomas S. Lowther and Gary C. Wheeler. Also present were Joseph Baird, County <br />Administrator; William G. Collins, II, County Attorney; Kimberly Massung, Executive Aide to <br />the Board and Maria I. Suesz, Deputy Clerk. <br /> <br /> The Chairman called the meeting to order. <br /> <br />14.A.1. APPROVAL OF MINUTES – JULY 6, 2004 <br /> The Chairman asked if there were any corrections or additions to the Minutes of the <br />Regular Meeting of July 6, 2004.
