<br />NOTICE OF JOINT WORKSHOP <br />INTERLOCAL SERVICE BOUNDARY AGREEMENT (ISBA) <br />PARTICIPANTS <br />INDIAN RIVER COUNTY BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS <br />CITY COUNCIL – CITY OF SEBASTIAN <br />CITY COUNCIL – CITY OF VERO BEACH <br />CITY COUNCIL – CITY OF FELLSMERE <br />TOWN COUNCIL – TOWN OF INDIAN RIVER SHORES <br />TOWN COUNCIL – TOWN OF ORCHID <br /> <br /> <br />The City of Sebastian will host a joint workshop of all governing bodies and their staff <br />members in regard to the Interlocal Service Boundary Agreement (ISBA) draft <br />agreement with participants as set out above. <br /> <br />The Joint ISBA Meeting will take place on Monday, December 15, 2008 at 5:00 p.m. in <br />the Sebastian City Council Chambers, City Hall, 1225 Main Street, Sebastian, Florida. <br />Public input is invited. <br /> <br />Any person who may wish to appeal any decision which may be made by the agencies <br />at this hearing will need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made <br />which record includes the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal will be <br />based.
