15.A.2 FY 2008-2009 RECORDS DISPOSITION COMPLIANCE STATEMENT AND <br />RECORDS MANAGEMENT LIAISON OFFICER FORM - EMERGENCY <br />SERVICES DISTRICT <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Flescher, SECONDED <br />by Commissioner Davis, by a 4-0 vote (Vice Chairman <br />Solari absent), the Board authorized the Chairman to <br />execute the Records Disposition Compliance Statements <br />for the period October 1, 2008 through September 30, <br />2009, and submit the Records Management Liaison <br />Officer (RMLO) form to the Florida Department of State <br />for the Indian River County Emergency Services District, <br />as recommended in the memorandum dated December 9, <br />2009. <br />ALL BACKUP DOCUMENTATION, RESOLUTIONS, AND ORDINANCES ARE ON FILE IN THE OFFICE <br />OF THE CLERK TO THE BOARD AND ARE HEREBY MADE A PART OF THESE MINUTES <br />16.
