BARTON <br />Clerk to the Board <br />December 15, 2009 <br />SOLID WASTE DISPOSAL DISTRICT <br />MEETING MINUTES <br />The Board of Commissioners of the Solid Waste Disposal District met at the County <br />Commission Chambers, 1801 27th Street, Vero Beach, Florida, on Tuesday, December 15, 2009. <br />Present were Chairman Peter D. O'Bryan, Commissioners Wesley S. Davis, Joseph E. Flescher, <br />and Gary C. Wheeler. Vice Chairman Bob Solari was absent. Also present were County <br />Administrator Joseph A. Baird, County Attorney William G. Collins II, and Deputy Clerk Leona <br />Adair Allen. <br />Chairman O'Bryan called the meeting to order at 11:29 p.m. <br />15.B.1. REGULAR MEETING OF OCTOBER 13, 2009 <br />The Chairman asked if there were any corrections or additions to the Minutes of the <br />Regular Meeting of October 13, 2009. There were none. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Davis, SECONDED by <br />Commissioner Wheeler, by a 4-0 vote (Vice Chairman <br />Solari absent), the Board approved the Minutes of the <br />Regular Meeting of October 13, 2009, as written. <br />December 15, 2009 1 <br />S.W.D.D. <br />
