That if such grant be made, the Applicant or Official designated <br />in paragraph 5 above shall maintain such records necessary and furnish <br />such information, data, and documents as required by the Florida Bureau <br />of Criminal Justice Planning and Assistance to support the implementation <br />of the project generally described above. <br />9.
