Attorney DeBraal displayed an aerial projection of the subject property, owned <br />by Harris Groves, and provided background description on the request to make an <br />unconditional offer for the parcel. He thereafter presented staff's recommendation to extend <br />to Harris Groves an unconditional offer to purchase the necessary right-of-way, noting that <br />because of the size of the property, staff did not recommend purchasing the whole property. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Solari, <br />SECONDED by Commissioner O'Bryan, the Board <br />unanimously approved an unconditional offer to <br />purchase the necessary right-of-way from Harris <br />Groves at a price of $148,350, as recommended in <br />the memorandum of December 9, 2008. <br />13.J. UNCONDITIONAL OFFER FOR PARCEL 106 ON 66TH AVENUE OWNED BY <br />JOHN AND DEBRA MAROTTO, 5215 66THAVENUE, VERO BEACH <br />Attorney DeBraal displayed an aerial projection of the subject property, owned <br />by John and Debra Marotto, and provided background description on the request to make an <br />unconditional offer for the parcel.
