Mr. Paladin suggested having a constituent accompany any personal visit to a <br />Commissioner with a written summary of what was to be discussed at the meeting. <br />Commissioner O'Bryan was hesitant to take Mr. Paladin's above suggestion, <br />and reiterated that a constituent could submit his/her ideas in writing. He inquired whether it <br />was necessary to approve a Resolution to remove the presumption of prejudice from written ex <br />parte communications. <br />Attorney Collins stated that after a Motion from the Board, he would draft a <br />Resolution to be brought back to a future meeting. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner O'Bryan, <br />SECONDED by Commissioner Solari, the Board <br />unanimously directed the County Attorney to draft a <br />Resolution allowing the process for written Ex -Parte <br />communication. <br />14.B.
