ON MOTION by Commissioner Wheeler, SECONDED by <br />Vice Chairman Davis, the Board unanimously approved <br />payment of up to one week for vacation accrual balances <br />exceeding the maximum cap, as recommended in the <br />memorandum of December 5, 2007. <br />7.G. WABASSO CAUSEWAY FISHING PIERS <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner O'Bryan, SECONDED by <br />Commissioner Flescher, the Board unanimously approved <br />to wait for the Florida Department of Transportation <br />(FDOT) to contract with a Marine contractor in late 2008 <br />and to negotiate a price to remove the damaged fishing <br />piers or repair the piers, as recommended in the <br />memorandum of December 6, 2007. <br />AGREEMENT ON FILE IN THE OFFICE OF THE CLERK TO THE BOARD <br />7.H. NEW TELEPHONE SYSTEM — NORTH COUNTY LIBRARY <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner O'Bryan, SECONDED by <br />Commissioner Flescher, the Board unanimously approved <br />the Agreement for the replacement telephone system at the <br />North County Library, and authorized the Chairman to <br />execute same, as recommended in the memorandum of <br />December 10, 2007. <br />5 <br />December 18, 2007 <br />
