SERVICE AGREEMENT RENEWAL - BROWN & BROWN, INC. <br />dba PREFERRED GOVERNMENTAL CLAIM SOLUTIONS (PGCS) - <br />THIRD PARTY CLAIMS ADMINISTRATOR SERVICES <br />ON MOTION by Vice Chairman Ginn, SECONDED by <br />Commissioner Neuberger, the Board unanimously approved <br />the renewal of Service Agreement with Preferred <br />Governmental Claim Solutions with annual costs projected to <br />be approximately $48,500.00, as recommended in the <br />memorandum. <br />SERVICE AGREEMENT IS ON FILE <br />IN THE OFFICE OF THE CLERK TO THE BOARD <br />I I.A. CONSIDERATION OF IMPACT FEE COMPARISON REPORT <br />Community Development Director Robert Keating reviewed a memorandum in the <br />backup and displayed a comparison of 2003 impact fees of Indian River, Brevard, Martin, <br />Osceola, Palm Beach, and St. Lucie Counties which had been put together by Long -Range <br />Planning Chief Sasan Rohani and his staff members (copy on file with the backup in the <br />office of the Clerk to the Board). He noted that Indian River County has enacted the least <br />impact fees and that other counties have enacted impact fees for a number of services, some <br />of which are quite significant.
