Director Davis acknowledged this situation to be characteristic of a Maintenance <br />Map right-of-way; and said the Road and Bridge Division had mowed and maintained the <br />shoulders for 30 years. <br />Chairman Davis wrapped up the discussion and directed the County Attorney to <br />respond to Attorney Block's letters. <br />Debra Robinson, 315 Greytwig Road, said she had observed the Browns <br />maintaining the property "all the way to the pavement" and urged the Board to deny the <br />Maintenance Map. <br />ON MOTION by Vice Chairman Flescher, SECONDED <br />by Commissioner Wheeler, the Board unanimously denied <br />the proposed Maintenance Map. <br />8.L. WORK ORDER No. 1 (ENGINEERING) WITHARDAHAN & ASSOCIATES, <br />INC. PROVIDING PROFESSIONAL GEOTECHNICAL SERVICES IN <br />ACCORDANCE WITH THE ANNUAL GEOTECHNICAL SERVICES —16TH <br />STREET BRIDGE AT 74TH AVENUE (PROJECT NO. 9920B) <br />ON MOTION by Vice Chairman Flescher, SECONDED <br />by Commissioner O'Bryan, the Board unanimously <br />approved Work Order No. 1 (Engineering), authorizing the <br />project as outlined in the Scope of Services, and authorized <br />the Chairman to execute same for a not -to -exceed fee of <br />$3,500.00, as recommended in the memorandum of <br />November 19, 2008. <br />14 <br />December 2, 2008 <br />
