Commissioner Wheeler wanted to know the current status of this item. <br />Director Boling clarified that there was an "Order of Finding Violation" from June, <br />and Mr. Hitchcox was given until January to come into compliance through the formal <br />development process (preliminary plat approval) or remove the older mobile homes and leave the <br />two newer ones. <br />Chairman Bowden asked Mr. Hitchcox to specify if he wanted to postpone or <br />withdraw this item. He requested it be postponed until the Board of County Commission meeting <br />of February 5, 2008, to allow him sufficient time to speak with his attorney. <br />MOTION WAS MADE by Vice Chairman Davis, <br />SECONDED by Commissioner Wheeler, to postpone this <br />item until the Board of County Commission meeting of <br />February 5, 2008. <br />Commissioner O'Bryan informed Mr. Hitchcox that even though this item was <br />being postponed, the Code Enforcement Board would still be required to follow their procedures. <br />The Chairman CALLED THE QUESTION and the motion <br />carried unanimously. The Board approved to postpone this <br />Item until the Board of County Commission Meeting of <br />February 5, 2007. <br />Rhonda Anderson, 4275 48th Avenue posed questions to staff regarding zoning in <br />her neighborhood. <br />There were no additional speakers, and the Chairman closed the public hearing. <br />December 4, 2007 22 <br />
