10.A. MEETINGS OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSION, PROPOSED - <br />2008 MEETING DATES <br />County Administrator Joseph Baird provided a proposed schedule of Commission <br />meeting dates for 2008. <br />Commissioner Wheeler requested the meeting of August 26, 2007 (Election Day), <br />be removed from the meeting schedule. Administrator Baird and Commissioner O'Bryan <br />requested adding August 12, 2007 to the schedule. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Wheeler, SECONDED by <br />Vice Chairman Davis, the Board unanimously approved the <br />2008 meeting dates as recommended in the memorandum <br />of October 23, 2007, with the exception of REMOVING <br />August 26, 2007 and ADDING August 12, 2007. <br />There was a brief discussion between Mr. Wilson and the Board pertaining to <br />scheduled meetings and individuals not being permitted to speak with Commissioners before <br />scheduled meetings. <br />10.B. TREASURE COAST REGIONAL PLANNING COUNCIL (TCRPC), <br />MUNICIPAL APPOINTMENTS <br />County Administrator Joseph Baird emphasized that the appointments would be on <br />a rotational basis, and that Sebastian had felt that they were not informed. <br />December 4, 2007 27 <br />
