She disclosed that approximately seventy percent of the bond proceeds <br />would be spent in this County. <br /> <br />The Chairman opened the public hearing. There were no speakers and the <br />Chairman closed the public hearing. <br /> <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner O’Bryan, <br />SECONDED by Commissioner Flescher, the Board <br />Resolution 2006-185 <br />unanimously approved , <br />December 5, 2006 <br />15 <br /> <br />
