It was determined that Commissioner Bowden will be attending the <br />NACo meeting at that time and in the same location. <br /> <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Davis, SECONDED by <br />Commissioner Bowden, the Board unanimously appointed <br />Commissioner Bowden as their representative to receive <br />the award along with a member of County staff. <br /> <br />11.I.1.
