ADMINISTRATOR .JENNINGS EXPLAINED THAT THIS PLAT HAD BEEN PRE <br />PARED SOMETIME BEFORE SURVEYORS AND ENGINEERS WERE NOTIFIED OF THE NEW <br />COUNTY POLICY. HE STATED THAT THE PLAT MEETS ALL REQUIREMENTS STET BY <br />THE COUNTY PRIOR TO REQUIRING THE "STATEMENT OF INTENT," AND IN ORDER <br />TO PUT THIS ON,THEY WOULD HAVE TO REDO THE TRACING, BECAUSE THE STATEMENT <br />IS FAIRLY LONG, THE ADMINISTRATOR CONTINUED THAT HE HAS BEEN OVER THE <br />PROJECT; IT IS COMPLETE; AND HE HAS NO OBJECTION TO THE WAY THEY HAVE PUT <br />THE WORDING ABOUT THE ROADS ON THE PLAT. <br />COMMISSIONER LYONS NOTED THAT THERE DOESN'T SEEM TO BE ANY <br />QUESTION ABOUT THIS WAY BEING ANY LESS BINDING, AND THE ATTORNEY AGREED. <br />ELEVATION OF THE PROPERTY AND DEED RESTRICT -IONS WERE THEN <br />DISCUSSED. MR. FOWLER STATED THAT THIS PLAT DOES NOT EXTEND TO THE RIVER; <br />IT IS UP ON THE RIDGE, AND THE ELEVATION IS QUITE HIGH - BETWEEN 20' <br />AND 23'. <br />EDWIN WARD INFORMED THE BOARD THAT THERE ARE NO DEED RESTRIC- <br />TIONS AS YET BECAUSE NO LOTS HAVE BEEN SOLD AT THIS TIME. <br />THE BOARD DISCUSSED A RESTRICTION TO PREVENT ANY FURTHER <br />DIVIDING OF THE PLATTED LOTS, AND MR. WARD AGREED THAT COULD BE DONE. <br />HE NOTED, HOWEVER, THAT THESE ARE 1/2 ACRE LOTS AND IT IS IMPOSSIBLE TO <br />CUT THEM SMALLER AND GET A SEPTIC TANK PERMIT. IT WAS POINTED OUT THAT <br />REQUIREMENT COULD CHANGE. <br />ON MOTION BY COMMISSIONER DEESON, SECONDED BY COMMISSIONER Loy, <br />' THE BOARD UNANIMOUSLY GRANTED FINAL APPROVAL OF ROSELAND PINES SUB- <br />DIVISION. <br />DANA HOWARD OF CARTER ASSOCIATES, INC., CAME BEFORE THE BOARD <br />IN REGARD TO APPROVAL OF A REPLAT OF DETTORE ACRES. HE EXPLAINED THAT <br />THE PLAT OF DETTORE ACRES WAS GIVEN FINAL APPROVAL ABOUT A MONTH AGO, <br />BUT INADVERTENTLY PART OF THE RIGHT-OF-WAY FOR OLD U.S. 1 WAS LEFT OUT ' <br />i <br />OF THE DESCRIPTION SO THEY CAN'T GET TITLE INSURANCE ISSUED. i <br />ADMINISTRATOR JENNINGS AGREED THAT THIS JUST IS A MATTER OF <br />ADDING SOMETHING TO THE DESCRIPTION AND THAT NOTHING.ELSE IS CHANGED. <br />ON MOTION BY COMMISSIONER SIEBERT, SECONDED BY COMMISSIONER <br />DEESON, THE BOARD UNANIMOUSLY GRANTED FINAL APPROVAL OF THE REPLAT OF <br />DETTORE ACRES, <br />16 <br />Banc 39 wli. <br />m <br />MAR 71979 <br />
