COMMISSIONER SIEBERT FELT C-lA RESTRICTED MIGHT BE A MORE <br />SUITABLE ZONING FOR THIS AREA. THE PLANNING DIRECTOR AGREED IT WOULD <br />BE FUNCTIONAL, BUT IT WAS NOTED THAT IT WOULD BE NECESSARY TO READVERTISE <br />TO GO TO A C -IA ZONING. <br />EDMUND ANSIN, OWNER OF A MAJOR AMOUNT OF PROPERTY IN THIS AREA, <br />INFORMED THE BOARD THAT HE SUPPORTS THE PROPOSAL PRESENTED BY THE <br />PLANNING DEPARTMENT. <br />COMMISSIONER LYONS ASKED MR. ANSIN IF HE HAD ANY OBJECTION TO <br />THE REQUEST MADE BY ATTORNEY CLEM TO EXTEND THE C-1 TO INCLUDE THE MOBILE <br />HOME AREA, AND MR.
