MOTION WAS MADE by Commissioner Wheeler, <br />SECONDED by Commissioner Lowther, to approve staff’s <br />recommendation. <br /> <br />Under discussion, Commissioner Davis understood the community does not want an <br />increase in density and would support the motion for staff’s recommendation. <br /> <br />The Chairman CALLED THE QUESTION and it carried <br />unanimously. (The Board denied the proposed amendment <br />to change the subject property’s land use designation, and <br />policies of the Comprehensive Plan.) <br /> <br />The Chairman called for a short recess at 10:56 a.m. The meeting was reconvened at <br />11:04 a.m. with all members present. <br /> <br />9.A.4.
