Commissioner Wheeler expressed his desire to proceed with a vote on the <br />proposed LDR's amendments, which he believed had been thoroughly evaluated and discussed <br />by PZC, other committees, and area citizens and professionals. <br />Director Boling and Mr. Adair responded to Chairman Davis's query about Item <br />(3)(d)1, the 30 foot setback to any plugged or unplugged well. <br />Commissioner Flescher made observations regarding the importance of thoroughly <br />reviewing the proposed amendments to the LDR's. <br />Commissioner Wheeler believed there was too much repetition in the Board's <br />review. He had faith in the subject document, which had been worked on for hundreds or <br />thousands of hours by staff, PZC, the AAC, the public, and area professionals. <br />A brief discussion ensued between Commissioners regarding any changes which <br />had been made to the subject document this evening. <br />Attorney Collins sought and received confirmation that the Public Hearing would <br />be continued on December 19, 2008 at 9:00 a.m. <br />Ms. Boyd asked if Board approval could be granted to the proposed Amendments <br />to the LDR's which had been reviewed thus far. <br />MOTION WAS MADE by Commissioner Wheeler, <br />SECONDED by Commissioner Solari, for discussion, to <br />approve the proposed amendments to the Ordinance <br />concerning Land Development Regulations (LDR's), from <br />the beginning of the Ordinance, uD to and including <br />21 <br />December 8, 2008 <br />
