THE CHAIRMAN THEN ASKED IF THERE WERE ANY ADDITIONS OR <br />CORRECTIONS TO THE MINUTES OF THE REGULAR MEETING OF MARCH 7, .1979. <br />CHAIRMAN WODTKE REQUESTED THAT ON PAGE 19, 2ND PARAGRAPH, <br />THE PHRASE "ARE NOT FULL TIME RESIDENTS AND" BE DELETED SO THE SECOND <br />SENTENCE WILL READ AS FOLLOWS: "HE STATED THAT THOSE WHO WISH TO HAVE <br />THEIR WATER TURNED ON AND OFF AT THEIR CONVENIENCE,....." <br />THIS CORRECTION HAVING BEEN MADE, ON MOTION MADE BY COMMIS- <br />SIONER Loy, SECONDED BY COMMISSIONER DEESON, THE BOARD UNANIMOUSLY <br />APPROVED THE MINUTES OF THE REGULAR MEETING OF MARCH 7, 1979. <br />THE BOARD NEXT DISCUSSED THE CLERK'S AGENDA, AND CHAIRMAN <br />WODTKE ASKED WHY THE FUNDS FOR THE INDEX BOOKS USED BY THE RECORDING. <br />DEPARTMENT WERE NOT INCLUDED IN THE CLERK'S BUDGET. <br />FINANCE OFFICER BARTON STATED THAT THEY HAD NOT REALIZED THEY <br />WERE USING THE BOOKS UP AS FAST AS THEY WERE. <br />CHAIRMAN WODTKE THEN REVIEWED THE BILL FROM SUN AVIATION SUB- <br />MITTED BY THE SHERIFF. HE EXPLAINED THAT IT HAD BEEN NECESSARY TO HIRE <br />A HELICOPTER TO RETRIEVE A CESSNA AIRPLANE THAT CRASHED IN THE SWAMPS <br />IN THEā€¢FELLSMERE AREA. THIS AIRPLANE CAME UNDER THE SHERIFF'S CONTROL <br />AS A PIECE OF CONFISCATED EQUIPMENT AND WILL BE SOLD AT AUCTION, AT <br />WHICH TIME THE FUNDS PUT OUT+.TO PAY THIS BILL WILL BE REIMBURSED. HE <br />RECOMMENDED THAT THE BOARD PAY THIS BILL. <br />FINANCE OFFICER BARTON NOTED THAT THIS CAN BE PAID OUT OF THE <br />GENERAL FUND BECAUSE IT WILL BE REPLACED. <br />ON MOTION BY COMMISSIONER LYONS, SECONDED BY COMMISSIONER Loy, <br />THE BOARD UNANIMOUSLY APPROVED PAYMENT TO SUN AVIATION, INC., IN THE <br />AMOUNT OF $3,343.00 AS PER BILL SUBMITTED TO SHERIFF .JOYCE, THE FUNDS <br />TO BE TAKEN FROM THE GENERAL FUND. <br />ON MOTION BY COMMISSIONER Loy, SECONDED BY COMMISSIONER SIEBERT, <br />THE BOARD UNANIMOUSLY APPROVED RENEWAL APPLICATION FOR A -PERMIT TO CARRY <br />A CONCEALED FIREARM FOR PAT (PASQUALE) BOTTINO. <br />ON MOTION BY COMMISSIONER Loy, SECONDED BY COMMISSIONER SIEBERT, <br />THE BOARD UNANIMOUSLY APPROVED APPLICATION FOR A PERMIT TO CARRY A <br />CONCEALED FIREARM FOR HAROLD A.
