L <br />DR. MEEKO STATED THAT IT ORIGINALLY WAS SUBMITTED AS COMMERCIAL, <br />• tib <br />BUT THEY WERE ADVISED TO CHANGE IT TO PRIVATE UNTIL THEY COULD GET THE <br />ZONING STRAIGHTENED OUT. I° <br />COMMISSIONER LYONS NOTED THAT FROM HIS UNDERSTANDING OF THE 'r <br />SITUATION, THE SITE PLAN WAS SUBMITTED ON THE BASIS THAT DR. MEE*KO HAD <br />THE 10 ACRES, PLUS AN OPTION ON ANOTHER 10 ACRES. <br />DR. MEEKO STATED THAT HE DID OBTAIN AN OPTION AS INSTRUCTED <br />BUT WAS NOT TOLD HE HAD TO PURCHASE IT.F. <br />is <br />COMMISSIONER SIEBERT STATED THAT HE WOULD LIKE TO KNOW WHO i <br />TOLD THEM AN OPTION WAS ALL THAT WAS NEEDED. <br />DR. MEEKO ANSWERED THAT HE BELIEVED THE BUILDER TALKED TO <br />SOMEONE HERE AND WAS ADVISED TO PROCEED THAT WAY. HE STATED THAT THEY ' <br />DON T INTEND TO PASTURE HORSES, AND HE WAS JUST TOLD TO SHOW HE HAD THE <br />LAND HE COULD USE. <br />COMMISSIONER SIEBERT INQUIRED ABOUT THE NECESSITY TO FILE <br />SOME KIND OF DOCUMENT STATING THAT THIS WAS TO BE A NON—COMMERCIAL <br />OPERATION IN ORDER TO GET A PERMIT TO START CONSTRUCTION. <br />PLANNING DIRECTOR REDICK PRESENTED AN AFFIDAVIT SIGNED BY RUTH <br />FINN MEEKO STATING THAT THE SAID PROPERTY WOULD NOT BE USED FOR COMMERCIAL <br />STABLES -OR FOR ANY COMMERCIAL ENTERPRISE, AS FOLLOWS: <br />40 <br />BOOK 39 PAGE 290 <br />
