The Chairman opened the Public hearing. There were no speakers and the <br />Chairman closed the public hearing. <br />MOTION WAS MADE by Commissioner O'Bryan, <br />SECONDED by Commissioner Wheeler, to approve <br />staff" s recommendation. <br />There were no further discussions. <br />The Chairman CALLED THE QUESTION and the <br />Motion carried unanimously. The Board adopted the <br />following Ordinances: <br />(1) Ordinance 2008-019 amending the Future Land Use <br />Element of the Comprehensive Plan by changing the land <br />use designation for ± .075 acres located north of 67th <br />Street and approximately 140 feet east of US. 1 from, L-1 <br />low density residential -1 (up to 3 units per acre), to C/I, <br />commercial/industrial; and providing codification, <br />severability, and effective date. <br />(2) Ordinance 2008-020 amending the Zoning Ordinance <br />and Zoning Map for ± .075 acres located north of 67th <br />Street and approximately 140 feet east of US. 1 from RM - <br />3, multi -family residential district (up to 3 units per acre), <br />to CL, Limited Commercial District; and providing <br />codification, severability, and effective date. <br />December 9, 2008 <br />11 <br />
