4. ADDITIONS/DELETIONS TO THE AGENDA /EMERGENCY <br />Chairman Davis announced the following changes to today's Agenda: <br />Addition: Item 5.C. Presentation of Proclamation by Lisa Zahner, Executive <br />Director, Dollars for Scholars <br />ON MOTION by Vice Chairman Flescher, SECONDED <br />by Commissioner Solari, the Board unanimously approved <br />the above addition to the Agenda. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner O'Bryan, SECONDED <br />by Commissioner Solari, the Board unanimously approved <br />the Agenda, as amended. <br />5. PROCLAMATIONS AND PRESENTATIONS <br />A. THE CHILDREN'S SERVICES ADVISORY COMMITTEE (CSAC) WILL <br />HONOR SHERIFF ROY RAYMOND FOR HIS DEDICATION TO THE <br />CHILDREN OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY AND HIS PARTICIPATION ON <br />THE CSAC <br />Commissioner O'Bryan read and presented the Proclamation, on behalf of the <br />Children's Services Advisory Committee, to Sheriff Roy Raymond, honoring him for his time, <br />efforts, and dedication to the children of Indian River County. <br />Sheriff Raymond expressed his honor to have served on the subject Committee for <br />the past eight years.
