RESOLUTION NO. 79-39 <br />WHEREAS, by Resolution 79-7, MERCHON ROGEL was appointed to <br />serve for a term of one year on the District B Mental Health <br />Board No. 9, Inc.; and <br />WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River. <br />County, Florida has determined it is in the public interest <br />that a County Commissioner serve on the District.B Mental Health <br />Board No. 9, Inc.; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY <br />COMMISSIONERS OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, that WILLIAM C. <br />WODKTE, JR. is hereby appointed as its representative on the <br />District.B Mental Health Board No. 9, Inc. to replace MERCHON <br />ROGEL. <br />Said Resolution shall become effective on the 4th <br />day of April , 1979. <br />BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF <br />INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA <br />By <br />Attest: <br />BOOK 39 PAGE 424 <br />APR . 4 1979 <br />
