Brian Heady commented on the possible plume of pollution in the area of the joint <br />fueling facility in the Gifford area and again questioned whether it would affect the <br />production wells of the City of Vero Beach. He felt it might be time to consider privatizing <br />that service and disagreed with spending tax dollars to build facilities which take business <br />away from the private sector.
