ORDINANCE NO. 79-14 <br />WHEREAS, the Board of County*Commissioners of Indian River <br />County, Florida, did publish and send its Notice of Intent to rezone <br />the hereinafter described property and pursuant thereto held a public <br />hearing in telation thereto, at which parties in interest and <br />citizens were heard; NOW, THEREFORE, <br />BE IT ORDAINED by the hoard of County Commissioners of Indian <br />River County, that the Zoning Ordinance of Indian River County, <br />Florida, and the accompanying Zoning Map, be amended as follows: <br />1. That the Zoning Map be changed in order that the <br />following described property situated in Indian River <br />County, Florida, to -wit: <br />All of that area which lies South of the City Limits of <br />Sebastian, east of the east R/W line of Riverside Avenue <br />and West of the Indian River lying in Section 7, Township <br />31 South, Range 39 East; less that part of the South 179.89' <br />of the North 430.5U' of Government Lot 1, Section 7. <br />Township 31 South, Range 39 East, lying East of Old U.S. <br />Highway No. 1, (Indian River rive); said parcel havin a <br />frontage of 190' along said old U.S, Highway No. I (Indian <br />River Drive). Lying and being in Indian River County, <br />Florida. <br />AND <br />That area which lies east of the east R/W line of <br />Riverside Avenue, west of the Indian River, and north of <br />the south boundary line of the unrecorded Subdivision of <br />` Rousseau Rivershores as described in Record .Book 196, pp. <br />508, Indian River County, Florida, lying in Section 8, ' <br />Township 31 South Range 39 East, less parcel B as described <br />in Record Book 334; pp. 333 (Or. Bk. 467, pp. 453) in <br />Rousseau Rivershores unrecorded Subdivision as in R. Bk. 196, <br />pp. 508, Indian River County, Florida. <br />' Be rezoned from C-1 Commercial to R -2A Multiple Family <br />District. <br />AND <br />That part of the South 179.89' of the North 430.50' of <br />Government Lot 1, Section 7, Township 31 South, Range 39 <br />East, lying East of Old U.S. Highway No. 1, (Indian River <br />Drive); said parcel having a frontage of 190' along said Old <br />U. S. -Highway No. 1 (Indian River Drive).
