7.S. APPROVAL OF RFP/BID AWARD AND AGREEMENT FOR IRC BID # <br />2007009 LIBRARY AUTOMATION SYSTEM <br />ON MOTION by Vice Chair Bowden, SECONDED by <br />Commissioner Flescher, the Board unanimously accepted <br />Polaris Library Systems as the vendor, and authorized the <br />Chairman to execute the contract with Polaris upon final <br />approval by the County Attorney and the County <br />Administrator of the draft contract for an amount not to <br />exceed $162,084.00, as recommended in the memorandum <br />of February 7, 2007. <br />7.T. APPROVAL OF CHANGE ORDER No. I WITH UTILITIES LABOR <br />CONTRACTOR FOR UTILITY CONFLICT RESOLUTIONS ALONG USI <br />FROM WABASSO ROAD TO HARRISON STREET <br />ON MOTION by Vice Chair Bowden, SECONDED by <br />Commissioner Flescher, the Board unanimously approved <br />Change Order No. 1 in the amount of $35,669.80 for <br />additional labor; approved the total cost of the project as <br />$289,072.21; and authorized the Chairman to execute <br />Change Order No. 1, as recommended in the memorandum <br />of February 2, 2007. <br />CHANGE ORDER NO. 1 IS ON FILE IN THE OFFICE OF THE CLERK OF THE BOARD <br />February 13, 2007 14 <br />
