ON MOTION by Commissioner Davis, SECONDED by <br />Vice Chairman Neuberger, the Board unanimously (by a <br />vote of 4-0, Commissioner Bowden absent) adopted <br />Resolution No. 2005-019 amending the fiscal year <br />2004-2005 budget. <br />7.K RESOLUTIONNO. 2005-020 — TRAFFIC CONTROL DEVICE LEDGER <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Davis, SECONDED by <br />Vice Chairman Neuberger, the Board unanimously (by a <br />vote of 4-0, Commissioner Bowden absent) adopted <br />Resolution No. 2005-020 approving traffic control devices <br />authorized by the Director of Public Works. <br />U. HUMANE SOCIETY COMPENSATION RATES — CONTRACT FOR <br />PROVIDING ANIMAL SHELTER SERVICES FY 2004/2005 AND <br />�nnci�nn� <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Davis, SECONDED by <br />Vice Chairman Neuberger, the Board unanimously (by a <br />vote of 4-0, Commissioner Bowden absent) approved the <br />proposed compensation rate of $60 per animal for the <br />current fiscal year, retroactive to October 1, 2004 and for <br />fiscal year 2005/2006; authorized staff to proceed with <br />preparation of a two-year contract with the Humane <br />Society, effective October 1, 2004 through September 30, <br />2006, and to submit the contract to the Board of County <br />Commissioners for approval at a future date. <br />February 15, 2005 7 <br />
