As long as the notice is printed, the County’s <br />obligation is satisfied. <br />Discussion ensued on whose obligation it is to be informed. <br /> <br />The Chairman CALLED THE QUESTION and the motion <br />FAILED by a vote of 1-4 (Chairman Ginn cast the sole vote <br />in favor). <br /> <br />14.A. EMERGENCY SERVICES DISTRICT <br />The Chairman announced that immediately upon adjournment, the Board would reconvene <br />as the Board of Commissioners of the Emergency Services District.
