February 18, 2003 <br />ENVIRONMENTAL CONTROL BOARD <br />The District Board of Commissioners of the Environmental Control Board met at <br />the County Commission Chambers, 1840 25tH Street, Vero Beach, Florida, on Tuesday, <br />February 18, 2003. Present were Kenneth R. Macht, Chairman; Caroline D. Ginn, Vice <br />Chairman; Fran B. Adams; Thomas S. Lowther; and Arthur R. Neuberger. Also present <br />were James Chandler, County Administrator; Paul G. Bangel, County Attorney; and <br />Patricia Ridgely, Deputy Clerk. <br />Chairman Macht called the meeting to order at 12:09 p.m. <br />14.C.1. APPROVAL OF MINUTES - DECEMBER 17, 2002 <br />The Chairman asked if there were any corrections or additions to the Minutes of the <br />Meeting of December 17, 2002. There were none. <br />ON MOTION by Vice Chairman Ginn, SECONDED BY <br />Commissioner Neuberger, the Board unanimously approved <br />the Minutes of the Meeting of December 17, 2002, as written <br />and distributed. <br />14.C.2. OUARTERLY REPORT - OCTOBER -DECEMBER 2002 <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Adams, SECONDED BY <br />Vice Chairman Ginn, the Board unanimously accepted the <br />report, as written and submitted. <br />FEBRUARY 18, 2003 <br />1 <br />E.C.B. <br />
