ON MOTION by Vice Chair Bowden, SECONDED by <br />Commissioner O'Bryan, the Board unanimously adopted <br />Resolution No. 2007-012 canceling taxes upon publicly <br />owned lands, pursuant to Section 196.28, Florida Statutes <br />(LAAC — Judah, Lloyd and Upton). <br />ON MOTION by Vice Chair Bowden, SECONDED by <br />Commissioner O'Bryan, the Board unanimously adopted <br />Resolution No. 2007-013 canceling taxes upon publicly <br />owned lands, pursuant to Section 196.28, Florida Statutes <br />(Barber Street — Mercedes Homes). <br />ON MOTION by Vice Chair Bowden, SECONDED by <br />Commissioner O'Bryan, the Board unanimously adopted <br />Resolution No. 2007-014 canceling taxes upon publicly <br />owned lands, pursuant to Section 196.28, Florida Statutes <br />(R/W — Adams — 66th Ave. (S. of SR -60). <br />7.E. RESOLUTION SUPPORTING CONTINUED FUNDING OF FLORIDA <br />FOREVER PROGRAM <br />Commissioner O'Bryan said that he supported the program and felt that it was <br />important to urge the State to come up with an extension of the Florida Forever Program or create <br />a new program to purchase the lands and preserve them for future generations. <br />ON MOTION by Vice Chair Bowden, SECONDED by <br />Commissioner O'Bryan, the Board unanimously adopted <br />February 20, 2007 6 <br />
