Erik Olson, Utilities Director, reminded the Board that two weeks ago staff <br />presented to the Board an additional 7.89 acres from Grand Harbor Easement for the Spoonbill <br />Marsh project at which time the Board approved the project subject to final signature by Grand <br />Harbor. He said staff had received the signed easement agreements and were ready to finalize the <br />project. <br />ON MOTION by Vice Chair Bowden, SECONDED by <br />Commissioner Davis, the Board unanimously <br />acknowledged the update of staff having received the <br />signed Easement Agreements. <br />11.J.1. CHANGE ORDER NO. I TO IRC CONTRACT 2006025 WITH TLC, INC. <br />FOR MEMBRANE RESTORATION WORK AT THE SOUTH RO PLANT <br />Chairman Wheeler read the notice into the record. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Davis, SECONDED by <br />Vice Chair Bowden, the Board unanimously (a.) approved <br />Change Order No. 1 to IRC Contract 2006025 with TLC <br />Diversified, Inc. in the amount not to exceed $596,469.00 <br />to provide construction services for the Membrane <br />Restoration Work at the South RO Plant; (b.) authorized the <br />Chairman to execute Approve Change Order No.1 to IRC <br />Contract 2006025; and (c.) authorized the Purchasing <br />Manager to direct purchase a maximum of 1,152 <br />membranes at a cost of $525.00/membrane from <br />February 20, 2007 37 <br />
