Mlss <br />LANCASTER STATED THAT THE COMPREHENSIVE PLAN SHOWS MEDIUM DENSITY; THE <br />REZONING WOULD MAKE THE BILLOWS CONDOMINIUM A CONFORMING USE; AND THE <br />STAFF RECOMMENDS APPROVAL. <br />THE CHAIRMAN ASKED IF ANYONE PRESENT WISHED TO BE HEARD. <br />THERE WERE NONE. <br />ON MOTION BY COMMISSIONER SIEBERT, SECONDED BY COMMISSIONER <br />LOY, THE BOARD UNANIMOUSLY CLOSED THE PUBLIC HEARING. <br />ON MOTION BY COMMISSIONER DEESON, SECONDED BY COMMISSIONER <br />LYONS, THE BOARD UNANIMOUSLY ADOPTED ORDINANCE 79-15 REZONING FROM C -1A <br />TO R-2, LOTS 51 AND 53, THE MOORINGS, UNIT 1. <br />ORDINANCE NO. 79-15 <br />WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River <br />County, Florida, did publish and send its Notice of Intent to <br />rezone the hereinafter described property and pursuant thereto <br />held a public hearing in relation thereto, at which parties in <br />interest and citizens were heard; NOW, THEREFORE, <br />BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of County Commissioners of <br />Indian River County, Florida, that the Zoning Ordinance of Indian <br />River County, Florida, and the accompanying Zoning Map, be amended <br />as follows: <br />1.
