Maynard Sweigard <br />, Founder, Director of Teen Challenge, and long time <br />friend of the Hatfields’ said they would prefer putting up a 6’ wooden fence and a hedge to hide the <br />fence. <br /> <br />There being no other speakers, the Chairman closed the public hearing. <br /> <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Wheeler, SECONDED by <br />Commissioner Davis the Board unanimously approved the <br />Special Exception Use in conjunction with the conditions <br />as outlined in the memorandum of February 16, 2005, with <br />the caveat that a fence be installed and the start and end of <br />the fence to be worked out between Teen Challenge and <br />their neighbors the Hatfields. <br /> <br />9.A.4.
