<br />Director Keating explained that would place a detrimental affect because they would <br />only be able to apply the lot coverage area to the smaller lot. <br /> <br />Commissioner Davis supported staff’s recommendation. <br />Commissioner Bowden withdrew her second to the motion on the floor. <br /> <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Wheeler, SECONDED by <br />Commissioner Bowden, Board unanimously granted PD <br />Special Exception Use Approval for Quail Creek with the <br />conditions, as recommended in the memorandum of <br />February 8, 2005. <br /> <br />(CLERK’S NOTE: The Chairman called for a brief recess at 12:45 p.m. and the <br />meeting reconvened at 12:48 p.m. with all members present.) <br /> <br />11.C.1. INTERIOR DESIGN FURNISHINGS – NEW <br />ADMINISTRATION BUILDING - DONADIO AND SONG AND <br />ASSOCIATES – COMMISSIONER BOWDEN NAMED <br />COORDINATOR <br />Project Manager Steve Blum presented to the Board the interior design decisions <br />prepared by Donadio and Song and Associates architectural design team for furnishings in the <br />New Administration Building. He displayed the color boards (copy on file) for everyone’s review. <br />Commissioner Bowden asked for cost estimates. She explained to the Board that <br />they have choices in design and colors.
