PRESENTATION OF PROCLAMATION AND RETIREMENT <br />AWARDHONORING MARGARET GUNTER ON HER <br />RETIREMENT EFFECTIVE FEBRUARY 26, 2004 <br />Commissioner Neuberger read the Proclamation and presented the Retirement <br />Award to Margaret Gunter, Executive Assistant to the County Administrator. <br />Acting County Administrator Joseph Baird commented that Margaret had trained <br />eight administrators during her tenure and always remained so calm. He said she was an amazing <br />employee and she will be dearly missed. <br />5.B. PRESENTATION OF PROCLAMATION DESIGNATING <br />MARCH, 2004 AS INDIAN RIVER COMMUNITY COLLEGE <br />SWIMMING AND DIVING MONTH <br />Commissioner Adams read and presented the Proclamation that was accepted by Dr. <br />David Sullivan, Provost, Indian River Community College. <br />February 24, 2004 - 2 - <br />
