OSLO ROAD BRIDGE AND ROADWAY WIDENING (EAST OF <br />TH <br />20 AVENUE – ENGINEERING SERVICES AMENDMENT <br />NO. 3. – KIMLEY HORN INC. <br /> <br />MOTION WAS MADE by Commissioner Adams, <br />SECONDED by Commissioner Lowther, to approve staff’s <br />recommendation. <br /> <br />rd <br />Bob Johnson <br />Under discussion, expressed concerns about the Oslo Road and 43 <br />Avenue project, which he considered to be a critical intersection. He asked if there are <br />incentives for early completion in the contract. <br />Public Works Director James Davis responded that this item does not pertain to Oslo <br />thrd <br />Road at that location; this one is east of 20 Avenue. The 43 Avenue project is 6 months <br />for construction time, a pretty tight time frame; there are late penalties but no incentives per <br />se. Traffic movement will be maintained. <br />THE CHAIRMAN CALLED THE QUESTION and the <br />motion carried unanimously.
