RFQ 6037 – CONTINUING CONSULTING SERVICES FOR <br />DEPARTMENT OF UTILITY SERVICES – SELECTION OF <br />FIRMS - BROWN AND CALDWELL, CDM, KIMLEY-HORN <br />AND ASSOCIATES, INC., MASTELLER AND MOLER, INC., <br />PBS&J, SCHULKE, BITTLE AND STODDARD, L.L.C., AND <br />WCG/NEEL-SCHAFFER, INC., <br /> <br />Utility Services Department Capital Projects Manager Mike Hotchkiss reviewed his <br />memorandum dated January 19, 2004, advising that the selection committee had chosen 7 <br />firms from the 19 responses. The firms were ranked based on their qualifications. If the <br />Commission approved the recommendation, staff would bring back agreements for the <br />seven firms for three (3) years with an option for three (3) additional years each. <br /> <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Adams, SECONDED by <br />Commissioner Lowther, the Board unanimously authorized <br />staff to proceed with negotiations for a three (3) year <br />contract with a three (3) year contract renewal, for <br />continuing services for utility projects with Brown and <br />Caldwell, CDM, Kimley-Horn and Associates, Inc., <br />Masteller and Moler, Inc., PBS&J, Schulke, Bittle and <br />Stoddard, L.L.C., and WCG/Neel-Schaffer, Inc., as <br />recommended in the memorandum dated January 19, 2004. <br /> <br />RFQ DOCUMENTS FOR SELECTED FIRMS ARE ON FILE <br />IN THE OFFICE OF THE CLERK TO THE BOARD <br /> <br />February 3, 2004 26 <br /> <br />
