He had received assurances from Mr. Keating that <br />transportation would not drive the visioning process. <br />Both Chairman Ginn and Commissioner Macht gave assurances it would not. <br />Dr. Cox’s <br />point was to focus on growth management and not have the tail wag the <br />dog. The Comp Plan reflects where the county was 20 years ago, not where we are today. <br />The Plan does get revised but the fundamental framework was instituted back then. <br />Developers perceive that there will be tighter regulations or a different game plan. <br />Applications will be coming forward and he hoped that action is taken quickly to maintain <br />orderliness in the process. <br /> <br />14.A.
