Our staff consists of 28 persons who live, earn <br />their living and pay taxes in this county. <br />I am familiar with many of the major bridges in the county as I was involved <br />in the construction of the -same as Assistant Project Engineer and Project <br />Engineer. <br />Prior to the county's having to inspect bridges, this function waspartially <br />done by the D. O. T.. Mr. Deward Howard, who is now a full-time employee <br />of Lloyd and Associates inspected all of the bridges and completed the <br />necessary reports on the bridges in the four (4) county area, to wit, Indian <br />River, St. Lucie, Okeechobee and Martin. <br />It is our feeling that we can provide the services you require more effectively <br />and economically, as travel and lodging will not be required. Mr. Vincent <br />Cossio is our certified diver and he is a graduate engineer specializing in <br />bridge structures. We have floating equipment ranging from 34 ft. to a <br />Boston Whaler. <br />If we are selected, this work can commence immediately, and we will be <br />happy to provide a C. P.
